I believe that the development efforts should be integrated with work.\u00a0 I find that when there is a stop work situation where training is not related to getting work done then there tends to be compartmentalization between the two.\u00a0 \u00a0Treating learning inventions like a working meeting not only helps to maximize time but also it helps to enable leaders to know when, why, and how to apply new knowledge, skills, and techniques.\u00a0<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

When deploying corporate training in the workplace, cohort-based training is often the preferred approach for leaders working together.
