A nearly universal concern for businesses is the need for more strategic leadership.\u00a0 Without this leadership, managers avoid risks, stall on decision making, or fail to deliver on high impact goals.\u00a0 While many try to hire this talent or shift responsibility for strategy in a quest to resolve this gap, these adjustments more often than not does not lead to the uptick in growth that senior leaders were hoping for.\u00a0 One prevalent and prevailing reason is the lack of sufficient skills, insight, and capabilities within the organization.\u00a0 The purpose of this eBook is to help develop the critical thinking skills needed to help bridge these gaps and to enable organizational growth.<\/p>\n
